Most organizations have now begun their second, third or even fourth generation sourcing contracts. With all the lessons learned, you would expect to have very solid working relationships, creating value for both the client and the service provider. But in practice, this isn't always the case.
At the same time, the adoption of cloud computing has gone a long way in the last year. Service providers have become cloud integrators: redeployment is therefore obvious.
